Refund Policy

Refunds
We only offer refunds for items that failed to deliver after 30 business days. We do offer exchanges for any one of our products that doesn't fit or meet your standards. Meaning if the item is not in your hands after 30 business days we will issue a full refund to your credit card or PayPal.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at zolahelp@outlook.com.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

How to Return/Exchange Guide:

Step 1: Email: zolahelp@outlook.com with your order # and your problem and we will send you the return label/address

Step 2: Please ship the items back to the address we give you. When the items arrive we will send the new items back to you or refund the money to you.
